Vision Originality Technique ImpactThe arm is the main problem, it protrudes from nowhere and makes no physical sense the hand also seems to have a width of chest. You need to work on proportions. The colors and gradients could use more work as well as shading. The shading needs to have a focused light point and not just place around willy nilly. The hat seems to be a pancake, hats are not supposed to flow like that they usually have some defined shape not a curved mess. The background does not fit with the overall style as it is gradient and not aliased like the focus point.
