Contest: Queen Silvia's new summer outfit

Now, I hardly do critiques, but I guess I'll do one here~
Vision: There is no shading, just basic lines, and it's pretty simple. Okay. There could be a lot done to this work to make it seem much better. I will cover that more in the Technique category~
Originality: As a person who doesn't really have any interest in sonic/sonic-styled OCs, I would still say that she's pretty cute, and original, too.(Especially the glasses and outfit, super cute!) The background could be better, like a nice beach or so~
Technique: Okay, so here goes: Proportion. It's all about the proportion. First, her head is VERY large. Second, one of her arms are bent, as if she had no bones in it. But what bothers me the most is her body shape. GURL, her chest is WAAAAAAAY too big for that tiny body, which is also too thin and long. I can't seem to find her hips, or waist for that matter. Try to look up tutorials, they will work wonders. Also, shading would have made this so much better, in my opinion.
Impact: I really enjoy the color scheme here, the magenta and aqua colors made me feel nice, relaxed, and refreshed. I still think that a beach BG would be better. I also like her peaceful smile, you captured that nicely.
Overall, it's not bad for a hand-drawn, but it could use work.
